Tungsten Copper Alloy High Voltage Switches HV Switch Customized W75Cu25 W80Cu20
WCu alloys are used where the combination of high heat resistance, high electrical and/or thermal conductivity, and low thermal expansion are needed. Some of the applications are in electric resistance welding, as electrical contacts, and as heat sinks. As contact material the alloy is resistant to erosion by electric arc. WCu alloys are also used in electrodes for electrical discharge machining and electrochemical machining.
Tungsten copper switch contact can be used as electrical contact material, owing to the good performance of electrical conductivity.
The high electrical and thermal conductivity of copper are combined with the arc-resistant and non-welding properties of tungsten or their carbides to form an extensive series of compositions.
Each tungsten copper product is designed to give the best performance for your particular application.
Description of Tungsten Copper Switches:
1) Materials: W50Cu, W70Cu, W75Cu, W80Cu, W90Cu
2) Technique: infiltering process
3) Density of tungsten copper: 15.5~18.0g/cm3
4) Shape: Plate, sheet, strip, tube, rod, or machined parts
5) Standard: ISO9001:2008, ASTM B702
All of our Tungsten Copper alloys are produced by the press, sinter, and infiltrate process. Each manufacturing step, including the basic powder, is closely controlled, monitored, and signed off on by Quality Assurance. After completion, all manufactured lots are checked for conductivity, density, and hardness prior to shipping. This information is recorded and kept on file, and also accompanies the parts or materials when requested.
